FORBS offers a background check which is both comprehensive and inexpensive! Background checks are conducted by IntelliCorp Records, Inc. one of the most respected companies in the industry.

I knowingly certify & affirm the following:

  • I understand and agree that any false or misleading information provided during this process may result in the possible revocation of my FORBSantas Personal Liability Insurance policy.
  • I further understand and agree that, regardless of when discovered, any false or misleading information provided during this process may result in my immediate removal from any voluntary service position within FORBS, and may even result in the permanent revocation of my FORBS membership.
  • I agree to hold FORBS harmless for any action that may be taken as a result of this application and/or any resulting report.

Read these instructions to start the process...

  1. If you are a new member or need to renew your annual membership fill out the membership info form and add the membership dues of $25 to your shopping cart.
  2. Fill out the background info form providing your given First Name and true Surname, plus your e-mail address. Make sure the e-mail address is entered correctly. Add the $18 fee to your shopping cart.
  3. Check out to pay the $25.00 member fee (new & renewing Santa), the $18.00 background fee and then wait between 24 to 48 hrs.
  4. You will receive an email from "president@forbsantas.org" with instructions & password. Make sure your spam filter will allow the email thru.
  5. Follow the instructions to electronically complete your back ground check form.
  6. You should receive your digital copy within 5-7 business days, so please be patient.
The Application cannot be processed without prior payment
of the FORBS fee and annual membership dues!

If you do not wish to use PayPal, Members may print an application form & submit by mail.
Please completely fill out and sign the form. Enclose a $18.00 check for the processing fee
(background check plus digital copy of the report). Check made out to FORBS.
